Το εστιατόριο BarBeQue αποτελεί μια καινοτόμο, γαστρονομική πρόταση στην πόλη της Θήβας. Σε μία φιλόξενη γωνία στην κεντρική Πλατεία των Θηβών, προσφέρει ελληνικές και διεθνείς νοστιμιές βασισμένες στην μοναδική τέχνη του ψησίματος. Η κουζίνα του, με σεβασμό στην ελληνική και αμερικανική παράδοση άλλα και με πολλές μοντέρνες πινελιές, βασίζεται σε ντόπια κρέατα , και πρώτες ύλες, ώστε να διασφαλίσει για τους καλεσμένους του, την απόλυτη φρεσκάδα και ασύγκριτη ποιότητα ετοιμάζοντας τα πιάτα του, με γνώμονα την εντοπιότητα την εποχικότητα και την αυθεντικότητα των συνταγών. Ο ιδιόκτητης του εστιατόριου, Άγγελος Δημητρίου, ως φανατικός οπαδός της τέχνης του αυθεντικού BBQ, καινοτόμος και λάτρης της ιδιαίτερης πατρίδας του, με πολυετή πείρα στην κτηνοτροφική παραγωγή, δημιούργησε (αρχικά στην Θήβα) έναν μοναδικό χώρο υψηλής αισθητικής που θα σας φροντίσει και θα σας ικανοποιήσει κάθε φορά που θα μας κάνετε την τιμή να εμπιστευτείτε τον φιλόξενο χώρο μας.
